Farm Visit
Our thanks go out to John , Mary and Alia for organising the farm visit.
Glanbia and the National Dairy Council were great too.
Clare McLynn put us through our paces.
Carinna told us all about healthy eating.
We got to see the workings of the dairy farm.
Everyone got a goodie bag too.
Green flag
Last Friday we hoisted our newest Green flag.
This was our water flag.
We were delighted to have Conor McDonald here.
The raising ceremony was a lovely occasion.
The refreshments were lovely too.
A special word of thanks goes to Ms. Morris and her committee.
We also thank Niamh and Sean who travelled to Kilkenny to the awards ceremony.
Active Sport Week
Well done to everyone on a very successful Active Sports Week.
We had lovely weather for the week.
Among the activities were soccer, hurling, tug o' war, zumba, hip-hop.
We also had a climbing wall, obstacle course and relay races.
Craanford NS retain their School's Showjumping title
Congratulations to Caitroín, Brídín, Aidan and Patrick on a great achievement.
It was such a feat to keep our title for a second year.
The school is very grateful for the time and effort of the parents involved also.
The competition was tough from all the other schools who took part.
