Well done to all our First Holy Communion pupils.
Craanford NS are into the last six of the prestigious and will perform in the National Concert Hall on May the 11th.
There are 43 children involved in the performance, which includes singing, dancing and playing various instruments.
The performance piece is entitled "Frozen with a Traditional Twist". Great credit goes to Sinéad and Mandy for all their work in preparing the group for the big day. The school is very proud of all the children and we wish them well on the day. Walton's have committed €10,000 in prize money for the competition.
Our Boys and Girls competed in the Gorey section of the F.A.I. School's 5-a-side. It was a huge event, held in the Showgrounds on Wednesday 25th March. The day was very well organised and ran very smoothly also. One of our boys teams made it through to the South Leinster Finals. This next round will be held in Bunclody on Thursday week 23rd.Best of luck to the boys on the day.
Well done to our music ensemble for their great achievement.
Our thanks go out to Kathleen Kelly.
She has again knitted a fabulous crib for the school.
It will be raffled at our singalong on Wednesday 17th.
